We are here to revolutionise financial planning by providing transparent, client-centric services that empower individuals and families to achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity.
We believe that the financial services industry has been letting clients down, with high fees, outdated technology, and clunky un-digestible information.
And it’s been letting the planners like you down by burdening you with legacy systems, bureaucracy, dead-mans shoes and a misaligned revenue structure.
And so, Blincoe was born, an independent Financial Planning firm that aims to ‘do things a bit differently’.

We are a small, nimble team. We love new technology- aiming to be at the forefront of what’s on offer in our industry.

We believe in fully agile working, unlimited holiday, fair and reasonable maternity and paternity leave, and the sort of collaborative and exciting culture we’ve always wanted to work in ourselves.

Who we’re looking for right now:
Financial Planners
If you’re a qualified, practicing financial planner who wants a better way to do things- then you might be just the sort of person we’re looking for. To start things off, record a short (5 minutes maximum) video of yourself answering the following questions:
What is your current role and client base (lots of your own clients aren’t a pre-requisite, so don’t be put off if your client base is small or just starting to grow)
Why are you interested in joining us
What is your ideal work environment
Tell us 3 core skills you’d bring to the team
What is your personal five year plan

Established Planning Firms
If you’re much more established, and looking to sell your business or your client book, and you think our approach would fit well with your current clients, we’d love to meet you to discuss an acquisition, an earn out, or whichever structure might work for you- we’re flexible.
